Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the highly customized nature of our products, Squad Outfitters adheres to a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy. Please review this document carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All patches and bespoke items manufactured by Squad Outfitters are custom-made to order based on the specific designs, dimensions, and specifications provided by the customer. Because these items cannot be resold, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items under any circumstances, including "change of mind" or ordering the incorrect size/color.
2. Order Discrepancies & Manufacturing Defects
While we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, errors occasionally occur. We will issue replacements (not refunds) for orders that arrive with manufacturing defects or materially deviate from the approved digital proof.
If you believe your order contains a defect or deviates from the approved proof, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order:
- Email support@squadoutfitters.com with your order number.
- Provide clear, well-lit photographs illustrating the defect or discrepancy.
- Once our QA team verifies the defect, we will initiate a replacement production run at no additional cost to you.
3. Cancellation Policy & "Point of No Return"
Because our production pipeline operates rapidly to ensure fast turnaround times, order cancellations are heavily restricted:
- Pre-Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if production has not yet commenced.
- Point of No Return: Once an order enters the production phase (which often occurs within hours of payment clearance), the materials are allocated and machinery is scheduled. From this point forward, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer to bypass our No Returns/No Refunds policy for custom merchandise is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we will provide the payment processor with all digital proofs, communication records, and delivery confirmations to contest the dispute. We reserve the right to suspend accounts attempting fraudulent chargebacks.
