Welcome to Squad Outfitters. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Custom Manufacturing & Orders

All products sold on our platform are custom-manufactured based on user-supplied designs and specifications. By submitting a design, you warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, or authorizations to reproduce the imagery. Squad Outfitters reserves the right to reject any order that we suspect violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

2. Promotions and Discounts

Squad Outfitters occasionally offers promotional codes and discounts. The following conditions apply:

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to finalized orders.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
  • Bulk pricing discounts are dynamically calculated and subject to change based on material availability and production capacity.

3. Legal & Export Restrictions (ITAR Compliance)

Certain designs, specifically those related to active military units, specialized law enforcement, or federally restricted insignia, may be subject to domestic and international shipping regulations.

  • We do not ship patches bearing restricted governmental insignia to unauthorized civilian addresses.
  • You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any goods purchased from Squad Outfitters in violation of United States export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), where applicable to specialized gear.
